my friend takes 20mg of prescribed adderall a day for his diagnosed adhd. is it ok for him to smoke weed while on this? could there be a bad interaction between the two drugs? also the weed is medical, prescribed for migraines.

Marijuana is a psychoactive drug and will mess with your brain. MJ users are called stoners for good reason.

Accutane & marijuana: Accutane has been linked to severe depression and suicidality in some people. Adding in another drug that can also leave you depressed is not a good idea. I'm sure some have combined these and will say they've had no problems, but i'd still recommend not doing it.
