Don't know: The morning-after pill delays ovulation, thereby preventing a conception/or fertilization event from occurring.  I think (emphasis on think) that some people have the perception that the morning-after pill is an abortifacient (that it causes a fertilized egg to be aborted) but that is not accurate.

Adverse reaction: Without knowing the nature of the reaction, I would not not recommend taking a medication that has previously, resulted in "a bad reaction".

Don't think so: Plan B and similar morning-after pills can alter the menstrual bleeding for the cycle in which Plan B was taken, and sometimes the next cycle too. One should be sure to check a home pregnancy test about 3 weeks after sex because a morning-after pill works well but not 100% of the time. In general, sertraline doesn't interact with a morning-after pill. The two meds don't interfere with one another.

Typical with Plan B: Plan b essentially disrupts the normal menstrual cycle by blocking or delaying ovulation. That it is how it works and why it is so different than a medical abortion. Irregular bleeding after taking Plan B is not rare. Always check a pregnancy test after using Plan B and see a doctor for birth control.  You may not know if it's Plan B bleeding or your cycle because  the cycle was disrupted.

Not bad but: It is not dangerous to do this but a better idea is to get on regular birth control. This will offer more reliable protection.

No studies show this: At this time no studies have shown decrease fertility with periodic user of morning after pill.   I would encourage you to consider a better form of continuous birth control.   There are many options available depending on your health status.   I would discuss with your doctor.   If you are having to use this a lot, it suggests unprotected sex practices.  This increases risk of std's. Wear condoms.

Yes: Potential side effects with emergency contraception can include: tender breasts; changes in menstrual flow (spotting, bleeding, early or late period); loose stools; dizziness; headache; nausea/ vomiting; abdominal discomfort or feeling tired. If you develop chest tightness, difficulty breathing, swelling of lips, mouth, throat – call 911.  Notify your doctor if your period is 7 or more days late.

Hard to predict...: Irregular bleeding after taking a morning-after pill, like Plan B or ella, (ulipristal acetate) is somewhat common. Some women get spotting or bleeding before the next period. Women may also have a heavier or lighter next period, or a period that is early or late. A urine pregnancy test can be done 10-14 days after taking a morning-after pill, to be sure the pill worked.
