Finger wound: Any injury which results in continued discharge should be seen by dermatologist. If you have not seen a dermatologist to diagnose this problem, you definitely should.

am i okay? i have a very small singe mark (spot maybe) on my penis head. it is absolutely painless ( i think ) not itchy, and not raised, only visual discoloured spot. just noticed today, am i bad hypochondriac ( often check myself for no reason ?

Not to worry: This sounds like what are called cherry hemangiomas.  These are little gifts that you get from one or both of your parents.  They are simply made up of hundreds of small blood vessels.  These growths never turn bad.  You will continue to get more as you get older.  They are very easily treated with a laser without leaving any marks.

i have a patch on my chest of raised skin with a different texture, about the size of my thumb nail. it's itchy and came about after a bad sunburn. it's been two months and it's still there. it's red, raised, painful and itches what can it be?

Dermatologist: I'm of the opinion that any skin lesion which looks unusual and is different from any other skin lesions on your body or ones that are changing or symptomatic, should be evaluated by a dermatologist for peace of mind.

Rash: This is hard to determine without evaluation. If ongoing, you should make an appointment. You could have hives and dermatographism. If you have hives, I would consider using benadryl at night and claritin during the day.

Either: unfortunately, your symptoms may be either one.  You should definitely see your dermatologist to get the correct diagnosis.  This is important as each has a completely different treatment.

Cate bite: Bites from cats are polymicrobial, with a mix of aerobes and anaerobes. Common aerobic pathogens in cat bites include Streptococcus species (including Streptococcus pyogenes), Staphylococcus species, especially S. aureus and Moraxella. But Pasteurella multocida, a small cocco-baccilus is very very possible.  You should see your PCP if it does not inprove in the next 48 hours.

Maybe folliculitis: It sounds like you have folliculitis an infection and inflammation in the hair follicles. See your dermatologist for treatment but in the interim you can try a benzoyl peroxide wash.
