Yes: At this time i think you are over the worst of it and can relax about getting a secondary bacterial pneumonia.  The cough may take a week or to to clear.  But, if you develop a fever or if the chest symptoms worsen, then you might need to seek medical attention.

Healthy lifestyle!: To try to prevent pneumonia you must adhere to a healthy lifestyle &amp; good nutrition. Eat a lot of fresh fruit &amp; veggies along with fish &amp; chicken. Avoid too much sugar &amp; junk food. Drink a lot of fresh water. Get adequate daily rest &amp; sleep &amp; daily aerobic exercise for about 30 minutes. Don't smoke! Tamiflu (oseltamivir): This antiviral does not cure influenza like we think antibiotics will cure a skin infection.what it does is shorten the duration of the flu by inhibiting the flu virus from replicating itself.  Thus instead of lasting 7-10 days symptoms may only last 4-7 days. It does help prevent influenza in those exposed to the virus that are not symptomatic yet or give them a very limited disease.
