No procedure: The appropriate way to allow natural reduction in a serum antibodies is to first determine what is causing it to be elevated  (treat the root cause).  Elevated IgE most commonly indicates some sort of allergy, or less commonly, parasitic infection.

If you are feeling indeed sick going back to the same facility where you had the test done will be advisable.

Likely: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, an IgM level of 224 by itself is not a cause for concern. Do follow your doctor's advice.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Depends: Workers in high risk situations take the series before exposure but are advised to get boosters every 2 yrs to maintain protective antibody levels. The CDC offers mixed messages on the issue. Since there is no treatment for rabies, 2 boosters given after a valid exposure are usually recommended even in this interval. The issue then becomes what is a valid exposure.
