I love the water and urge you to be safe at all times.

placing warm compresses over your sinuses of your face.  If the treatment that you used to unblock your stuffy nose, I would stay with it.

: At "36 weeks of pregnancy", the fetus will go through periodic diaphragm contractions, simulating "hiccups", which is normal.  Holding one's breath may make these normal contractions of the fetus more noticeable, but this is not " a bad sign".

you might have entered your question by mistake into ophthalmology forum instead of cardiology or internal medicine forum. Lasik in eye doctor terms is a laser vision correction procedure. Lasix, or furosemide, is a diuretic that removes excess of water from a body.

Your relative would need to see a doctor to get a prescription and you might be right about Lasix but she may need more than one med to help her condition. Finding out the reason why your relative is resisting getting medical help may help you persuade her to see a doc.

Oral Hygiene: Brush, scrape tongue, use good oral rinse, stop smoking, alleviate mouth breathing, use a humidifier, drink lots of water, and at last, see dentist or oral surgeon if not resolved and make sure your gums and teeth are in good repair.  You may need a sleep study if you snore or gasp.  Do you have a sinus infection?  Is your mouth excessively dry?  Tough problem.
