Tipping point: Maybe you are allergic or sensitive to dairy or other foods.  Your doc or a nutritionist can test you.  We  can tolerate a certain amount of offending foods but when then reach a tipping  point we have symptoms.  Peace and good health.

ANS: Every day all your life not very healthy. Look at sodium content of it on label. goal for a whole day should be &lt;1,500 mg if you or family have HTN. You may be getting all of this for dinner. Especially if you add salt so it tastes good.

There : There is a possibility that your hair loss could be from your diet (iron deficiency) or it could be from another cause such as a thyroid disorder, hereditary hair loss, over styling, a scalp condition, polycystic ovarian syndrome, or even lupus.  Before just assuming it is your diet, you should give your doctor a call.  They will be able to examine you and possibly run some simple blood test to rule out non-diet related reasons for hair loss.  Many of these are treatable, so having the correct diagnosis is key!  good luck!

i have a dairy sensitivity otherwise controlled with lactase pills. now when i eat cheese (excluding swiss) i instantly feel like i've ingested poison (nausea/metallic taste in mouth/feeling faint). what on earth could be going on? will speak w/pcp?

Chronic prostatic would cause more difficulties with urination not the bowels unless it was extremely severe but then you would be complaining of your urinary problems first. Make a visit with your doctor and talk about your diet and other possible causes of your bowel problem.
