Probably not: Once the tea is mixed with water, the antioxidants start to break down. By the time the product gets from where it was first mixed to when you drink it could be weeks or months. The antioxidants are not likely going to be viable for that length of time. Raw fruits and vegetables are probably your best bet. Some supplements like astaxanthin and curcumin may help.

The definitive studies would be a rct looking at improvement rates of diabetes, hypertension, increase length of life, etc.  I'm not sure if these studies have been done.  At the very least, matcha green tea won't hurt you.
