Eye motility exam: In testing for eye muscle paralysis, the eyes are seen to follow a stimulus over the usual range of excursion.  Some deficits limit eye motion to 1/2 of the range and so if the eyes follow past midline, then this condition of limitation does not exist.

Blepheroconjunctivi : Need to see the PCP or an eye doctor. Will need antibiotic eyedrops,warm compresses and cleaning the eyelid margins with a Q tip dipped in diluted baby shampoo

You : You have a wide variety of symptoms and i'm not sure that they are all related.  Dry eys are common and simple otc artificial tears may do the trick. I encourage you to see your primary care doctor as soon as possible to be evaluated for your other symptoms.

Probably Not: If no laceration, no vomiting, acting normally, the risk of missing of intra-cranial bleed is very low.  Sounds like he hit his/her eye and did not suffer significant head trauma.   If any concerns, lethargy, vomiting, seizure, go to the nearest emergency room.

my 5 mo baby girl's left eye is watery at times. could it be due to cold? no other symptoms. she is active otherwise.

Possible tear issue: A small group of infants have an obstruction to the lower portion of the tear drainage system (inside in the nasal passages).  Since the tear overflow is on one side only, this is a possibiity.  It can also occur from disease in that eye.  Best to have your pediatrician look at this and he/she will refer the child to a pediatric ophthalmologist if needed.

Most likely allergy.: Most likely allergy symptoms.  But you may want to consult a pediatric ophthalmologist if the symptoms persist.

Eyedrops blur vision: It is very common for your vision to be blurry for a short time after using eyedrops. Depending on the thickness of the drop, the blurriness may last only a few seconds or it may take several minutes to resolve.

healthy 21 mo old noticed for 2 dys she has puffiness under both of eyes under lash line..has not been sick or noticeable congestion ... dr or wait ?

Try antihistamine: It may be allergy related. Try Claritin (loratadine) over the counter daily. If not better in a week or so, check with doctor. If any vision changes or discharge from the eyes, check with the doctor sooner.
