Asthma control: Please contact your doctor.  You should have an asthma action plan for when you feel your asthma getting worse.  If you are needing your emergency inhaler more than usual, your asthma plan may need a step up.  Don't worry about the ice cream.

Yes: You probably already know that many professional athletes are asthmatics and they do have attacks as well. Work out an exercise plan with your physician since you want to start slow. If your attack trigger includes exercise. All the more to start slow. Building up strength and tolerance is a definite plus.

Don't delay!
