See your doctor: Is that 3986 a viral load or an antibody tiger. There are other vital antigen tests needed as well.

: You should be fine. The 4th generation HIV test has very high sensitivity, almost 100%, it only missed 0.3%, i.e. it misses 3 out of 1,000 tests. Please note that no medical test has 100% sensitivity.

Depends: Most common reason is volume depletion (aka: dehydration), so just need more fluids. Can be due to other things, so should ask your dr if any concern for other health conditions present.

Blood donation: Yes it is possible to feel that way after blood donation especially if not done before. Please eat healthy and hydrate yourself well. Should start feeling better in a few days.
