No: Niether olive oil or coconut oil helps hair grow. The only topical product that has been proven to help is rogaine (minoxidil). It is not a prescription and needs to be used for up to 2 to 3 months to see if it will work. If it does, it needs to be continued to maintain the hair growth.

I don't think so: My search of the nih database shows exactly one too-good-to-be-true study, on rats, from an obscure institution, no confirmation after two years by anybody else. Coconut has been bashed for years as "bad for the heart" and perhaps at least this promotion will let people feel better about eating this stuff, which i happen to be quite fond of.

Insufficient info: Risk of heart disease depends on heredity, weight, smoking, diabetes, exercise, lipid levels and more. It would be prudent to consult your doctor for an evaluation of all these issues. It would be good to avoid saturated fats.

Ketones : Ketones are a family of organic molecules that are formed when fats are broken down.  They can be used by the brain for energy when glucose, from carbohydrates, are in short supply.

Diets that have almost no carbohydrate, in which the energy for the body is derived almost completely from fat, are called ketogenic.  Ketogenic diets are very challenging to maintain.  Ketogenic diets have been used for 80 years in the treatment of epilepsy.  There is some evidence (on the weak side) supporting the role of the ketogenic diet in Alzheimer's disease and parkinson disease.

Compared to the role of ketogenic diets, there is as good or better evidence to support the role of continued physical and mental activity, control of diabetes, control of obesity, and avoidance of bad habits like smoking in reducing the risk of dementia.

This needs to be: medically evaluated. Once the cause of the jaundice is determined then a treatment plan can be developed. I wouldn't recommend home or natural remedies without having a good understanding of the cause.
