Entirely cosmetic: Fees for your requested procedure vary greatly from one doctor to another, so get a few opinions.  But it's considered completely cosmetic in nature.  A cleft chin is not a cleft lip!

: Although it will not necessarily happen, many cleft chins do indeed deepen with age—as studies show twice as many cleft chins in those over 35 than under.  Since many variables are involved (including muscle tone, subcutaneous fat, skin elastin, and others), it’s possible that you may limit deepening by avoiding stress or handling it better, maintaining lower body fat, taking care with sun, etc.

Perhaps: Cleft chin is caused by the adherence of the skin in the middle of the chin to the deeper tissues. Correction requires releasing these strong attachments and placing a graft of fat or muscle to add volume. Filling agents injected under the cleft might be of some value, however, the results will be limited if the strong deep attachments are not released.

Prune not cleft: Botox may be used to treat a prune chin deformity (hyperactive mentalis muscle) but is not generally used for a cleft chin. Collagen is not tradtionally used for this purpose.
