Not on the head: Brain tumors are usually soft and are not rock hard although some are more rubber like than others.  However, they are all inside the skull and you cannot feel them from the outside.

No: If you can feel it is extracranial meaning that it has nothing to do with your brain which is inside your skull. let your doctor examine it at your next office visit.

Skull: The described problem is likely a lesion over the skull, and does not represent a brain tumor.  A cat scan will likely visualize and give info as to significance, but likely quite benign. The cause of your seizures due to brain pathology and should be identified if possible, and, of course controlled with meds.

scared i have a brain tumor. only getting headaches on temples when i workout hard (cardio). usually one sided. its been going on for like 2 weeks. in good health and just had cbc a few mo ago come back great?

Exercise HA's: Your headaches could be migraine events.  You do not mention other problems, nor do you seem to have had any testing.  What has occurred for you to become frightened, over the past 2 weeks?  Have you seen your doctor, and if not, good idea to do so.  Also, we could schedule Concierge visit here at HT to address these issues.

Unlikely: Probably a small residual hematoma or lymph node. If it persists consider ultrasound exam.

Dizziness: Yes, some brain tumors are familial and/ or hereditary, but it is statistically unlikely your symptoms are indicative of a brain tumor. Nevertheless, dizziness and fatigue should be investigated. It is possible these symptoms reflect an anxiety reaction, which is quite natural, over what your mother must be going through.

will anxiety make your head all sudden go real funny kinda like a zap without the buss or like u pass out really weird hard explain makes me goes straight into panic worries brain tumor or inner ears or sinus ?

Anxiety can: produce the symptoms your described. You may also be not drinking enough water to stay hydrated. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. If the symptoms persist after proper hydration, it would be prudent to see your doctor.
