See doctor: I do not think the two are related.It is best to see doctor for x-ray of your sinus and blood test for other causes of missed period.

Possible: It is possible to experience those symptoms that early.  Most of those are due to hormonal changes which begin very early.

Strangely enough: It could be poor diet that causes both. Eating too many "empty calories" can cause nose bleeds and increased blood pressure, particularly all the sweet stuff. Pregnancy requires a pristine diet.

Ok to use meds: Continue to use saline spray and a humidifier at night can also help.  It is also safe to use over the counter allergy medication such as claritin or allegra during pregnancy

Blood in nose: Increased nasal congestion is quite common during pregnancy. About 20% of women can experience nose bleeds during pregnancy. There is increased blood volume during pregnancy, which can increase pressure and if small blood vessels break it could cause a nose bleed. Crying hard can also increase risk.

Pregnancy: Nosebleeds are somewhat more common during pregnancy because of increased circulating volume and hormones. Don't worry, just be prepared with some tissues in your pocket. Sit down and tilt your head back and apply pressure for 5-10 minutes, use a cold pack to decrease blood flow to your nose. Nasal congestion can increase during pregnancy too. Explore this NIH link:

Bleeding nose is: Not normal in any one , you have some thing simple , get it treated by  ENT  specialist as soon as possible.

Common but: Nose bleeds are more common in pregnancy but should still be evaluated by your doctor to make sure nothing is wrong with the nose. Schedule a visit for an evaluation.

May be: You could repeat the home test and if it is done correctly and is negative, you are not likely to be pregnant. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions in the package carefully. It may be time to see your doctor for an evaluation.
