End of day: Blood pressure tends to be higher after stress exposure - if you spent a day exercising and relaxing, your BP may be lower - of if taken at the end of a stressful day it will probably be higher.

Ideal BP is 115/70-75. Get yourself a home BP cuff if you have a problem - i would recommend the traditional type as electronic devices are not very accurate.If you have high  BP in am, you should see md.

?: "I'm on a BP 10 mg" - I assume you're saying that you're on a BP medicine that is 10 mg? Depending what it is, how long it works,  and when you take it, it may be wearing off by morning. If your am BPs are consistently higher and the readings are accurate, that would be my best thought about it.

Various causes: Cannot answer in your case; i cannot interview you/perform exam.Generally, blood pressure (BP) can rise despite treatment from emotional stress, physical activity prior to BP check, use of over-the-counter medications like oral decongestants, higher salt in diet (soup, canned food, lunch meat, cheese, snacks, frozen meals etc), increased weight, caffeine, sleep apnea, frequently unidentified cause.

Variable methods: Low blood pressure is generally desirable, but if there is lightheadedness with position change or other symptoms of low blood pressure, need to ensure no underlying problems- low thyroid, or low cortisol, or slow heart rate.
 Need to ensure good hydration status, consider liberalizing salt intake. Compression stockings can be quite helpful.  Some medications may include midodrine or florinef (fludrocortisone).

Could happen: Not easy to generalize, but nausea and vomiting can cause elevations in BP.  BP should be measured under routine circumstances.

88normal,over90 High: 88 diastolic is normal but if it is over 90 it is high.We also need the systolic BP reading.
