Not normally: Blood pressures are impacted by many factors, but average bps in youths are not normally higher than in adults. As the flexibility of blood vessels decreases as one gets older, the top (systolic) blood pressure may rise. In younger individuals, hormonal (especially adrenaline related), psychological and other emotional factors may situationally affect the BP which may transiently raise the bp.
