Yes: Caveat: woman are "barren" i.e. Unable to bear children, but both men and women (50/50) can be sterile, the cause of the infertility.

Not permanently : You could avoid intercourse. Other than that you can not sterilize yourself.

Possibly: The bible is often referred to as the good word. If one places faith or believes in a higher power, such as god, there is often relief and less stress and potential benefits associated with this. Many believe miracles and prayer help cure or heal also. The benefits of having access to others of similar faith/belief brings comfort too.

When : When blood is transfused, it is given through an iv.  The blood is taken from donors, sometimes even a family member, then screened through an intensive process.  It is then typically crossmatched to be sure there won't be a reaction with the recipient (the person receiving the blood).

There are some religions which prefer not to receive blood donations or refuse blood donation.  For those patients, there are alternatives to blood transfusions, so they can still have surgeries in most cases.  If a patient does not want a blood donation, it is important for them to communicate that to their doctor.

Not anymore.: With the advances in assisted reproduction technology most infertile women can still carry normal pregnancies to term and have healthy babies. Therefore, the old-age stereotype of the barren spinster is no longer socially applicable - thanks to our rei (reproductive endocrinology and infertility) colleagues.

31. came off dianette 8 ms ago. took 6m to be regular ish but very scanty - 1 reg tampon& then 2 days liners. read infertility issues  with dianette?

Birth control: Dianette is a type of birth control pill. It is not available in the US. It would be out of your system very quickly after stopping it ---within 1-2 weeks. Birth control pills are not associated with infertility after cessation of use.

Many: People have false positive ana. Even at higher titer has no association with fertility. That  said, a lupus anticoagulant could predispose to miscarriage.

took chinese herbs w/acupuncture for infertility. read online they may contain growth hormones. in rare cases can they make adult over 35 grow taller?

Accepted Answer

No: Even if they contained Growth Hormone it is not effective orally; those who take growth hormone for various reasons take it by injection.
Even adults who inject Growth Hormone don't grow taller; once the growth plates of our bones close (about 3 years after puberty for women) we can't grow taller. if an adult over 35 grows taller check for pituitary tumors, but even those rarely increase height.

hello. i am 31 yrs old with no previous children. we have male factor infertility. had a 5 day blastocyst transferred 15 days ago. on day 13 had first hcg test. reading is at 1801. i know this is high. do you have any insight? thanks!

Multiple gestation?: If the  beta quantitative  Hcg readings continue to be elevated, and considering the means of conception, multiple gestation's are very prevalent.
