Yes.: Testicular prosthetic devices exist, and are used to create the appearance of a testicle after a testicle is removed surgically.
The device is made out of silicone, & filled with saline.  It is placed for cosmetic reasons only, and does not replace the sperm or testosterone producing functions of the testis.

MOIST SCROTUM: A common cause of moisture of the scrotum is obesity and yiest.  Diabetes can increase the risk of both of these entities. The prosthesis is a treatment of the e.D..  E.D. Can also be caused by obesity and diabetes. Absorbtive supportive underwear, close monitoring and treatment of diabetes and treatment of the yiest with antifungals with  steroid preps can help.

Seek evaluation.: Given that you had prior surgery in the area, and that you have a prosthetic, it is very important to get evaluated to make sure you don't have an infection. Any infections, especially if they involve a foreign body such as a penile implant, should be treated early and with the right antibiotic. If the infection progresses too far, the implant may need to be removed.

Hang in there!: At this point, you are past the concern of bleeding so if the support is feeling too tight, you could loosen them. This is normal at this time because nerves are waking up and many have increased sensitivity.  If ice helps, great!  some people feel heat helps more at this point. Pain pills don't usually help but occasionally neuron tin, an antiseizure medicate can help or antidepressants.

almost 11 weeks out from penile implant. my scrotum is still extremely tender and painful where the pump sits. feels like it's sitting weird and poking my scrotum with the corner of the pump block and bulb head. is this normal? i cycle once daily.

Time: Healing from this operation and gradual tissue accommodation of the introduced parts will take time. Unfortunately, biking is the one sport that is contraindicated during this healing process as it puts a significant amount of pressure on the scrotal area. Keep an eye out for spreading redness or fullness that could indicate an infection. you should bring up your concerns at your follow up appt.

what are my options for revision rhinoplasty to remove a silicone implant? i don't like the way it turned out. what would the revision rhinoplasty involve? i assume the implant would need to be replaced with something, but what?

If : If you don't like how your silicone implant turned out you could consider a revision surgery to remove the implant. The bridge can be augmented with your own cartilage instead of the silicone implant.

This can be done with septal, ear or rib cartilage depending on your anatomy and augmentation needs.

You should visit with a revision rhinoplasty surgeon with experience treating noses like yours.

MRI: Breast MRI is the definitive imaging technique.  Ultrasound can also be useful.  Mammogram usually less helpful because it can't detect intracapsular rupture and can only sometimes detect extracapsular rupture/leak.

Many: Silicone implants are softer, more natural, and lighter. The risk of rupture is lesser than with saline implants. The risk of rippling is much smaller.
