Which side effect?: Constipation is one of the side effects, and it will go away, once you stop taking the pills, though you may address it taking fiber laxative. If you have other side effects, please describe what those are.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Upset stomach: Iron supplement common side effects include  stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea and dark stools. Try taking it with meals and at night time.

Mostly GI Distress: Side effects from taking iron supplements are most often diarrhea or constipation and epigastric abdominal discomfort. Taken after a meal, side effects decrease, but there is an increased risk of interaction with other substances. Black stools are not uncommon, but harmless.  Liquid form can discolor the teeth and intramuscular injections can be painful and leave a brown discoloration.

As soon: as possible, But check with your OB on exact dose and pill, You can and should take Prenatal vitamins, even before pregnancy if you are trying.

Healthy start pregnan: Take prenatal vitamin or folic acid. Up to 1 mg of folic acid daily is ok and not harmful. That is way more than enough. Eat healthy , maintain good weight no alcohol or drugs or smoking

i have monochorionic diamniotic twins pregnancy(23weeks).i am taking iron tablets daily& my problem is that my hb is 9.2 now.how can i increase my hb?

No need to increase.: There is a u-shaped curve describing the relationship between perinatal mortality and maternal hemoglobin; the minimal risk for perinatal mortality is with minimum maternal hemoglobin of 9-11 g/dl. You can therefore, see that continuing your oral iron supplementation is all you need to do at this time. If your hemoglobin drops below 8.5 g/dl, you may want to increase your iron and red meat intake.

can i take vitamin d calcium and iron tablets all together with femme tab 20/100 will it effect the bcp  will i still be covered from pregnancy?

Yes: The viit D, calcium and iron tablets will not change the efficacy of the bcp.
