Maybe maybe not: Could be restless leg, muscle strain, muscle fatigue, electrolyte imbalance, dehydration, etc.

doctor, my low back left side is burn and left leg's calf muscle and foot are also pain and burn.but i feel,pain is not changing with a different movement... i feel similar pain and burn with a various movement. if i not treat it, can it heal itself?

: If you are otherwise healthy, those symptoms are often self-limited. You should learn to avoid the movement or body posture which can worsen the symptoms. Exercise for strengthening the lower back is beneficial for preventing the recurrence. Take care!

It's possible: As poor venous outflow from the muscles in the lower(distal) leg due to a blood clot(DVT) could lead to spasms, but it's not the most common symptom.  The swelling often associated can lead to ankle pain.

As soon as possible: You should see a physician as soon as possible, but likely going tonight won`t help.  Most of the time, a "pop" is associated with a torn ligament or cartilage.  Get in to see a doctor in the morning or tonight if you have worsening pain.

Leg cramps: Nocturnal leg cramps are often caused by too tight calf muscles. Before going to bed do a fair amount of stretching of both calves to see if the nocturnal leg cramping ends.

Muscle: Continue to rest it and use Tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain every 6 hours. Cold packs may help. Drink plenty of fluids to keep your kidneys clear from muscle trauma. If you don't continue to improve, see your doctor in 2-3 days. All the best.

Lumps and bumps.: Any lump or bump can be serious or minor, depending. If you have had it a long time, it does not hurt, and has not changed, it is likely nothing serious.  But do get it checked out.  If it is new, hurts or is changing get checked soon!
