Your oncologist is t: Your oncologist should guide you in the decisions towards treatment. Cancer treatments are dictated by the stage of disease. So you need to know what stage of lung cancer he has. For early stages, surgery can be the best option but as it goes from stage 1 to 3, chemotherapy and radiotherapy are used in combination. For stage 4 it is mostly chemotherapy which is most useful.

Possibly: A number of different adenoCa's can spread to liver. Colonoscopy followed by PET/CAT may be needed to determine origin of the metastatic lesion.  Once primary is addressed, the liver can be handled since lesions of liver do not spread out of liver but primary's can spread to other sites.  Liver then approached by resection, microwave ablation or chemoembolization.

Likely: An invasive adenocarcinoma of the cervix is very likely to be picked up by a PAP. Your symptoms are not the usual ones for cervical adenocarcinoma. The issue requires an in-person evaluation by a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
