Invalid preg test?: Urine pregnancy tests can be "too early" to be valid.  You need to be at least 5 days past your expected period.  Urine also needs to be 1st of the morning (concentrated) to be valid.

Needs evaluation: The basic test for syphilis is calked an rpr. It is very sensitive meaning a false positive is rare. If you know you have been exposed then get retested. The symptoms of syphilis vary widely and can often be confused for other disease. Because of this syphilis is known as the "great imitator." see your doctor  to evaluate what other tests for other diagnosis should be considered.

See below: You can have mononucleosis or ebv infection with a negative mono spot test.  An ebv antibody panel will be diagnostic in these cases.  A number of other illnesses can mimic mononucleosis most common are cytomegalovirus infection and toxoplasmosis. Early HIV infection can also have the same symptoms.

: The pattern you described is typically seen in people vaccinated for Hepatitis B. You have immunity to Hep B as indicated by Hep B surface AB (antibody); and there is no active infection. Lack of Hepatitis B surface AG (antigen) means there is no proliferating virus in your body.

Normal skin bug: It is a bacterium normally present on the skin. 
Where was the swab taken from and why?
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

100% yes: Most home pregnancy tests are accurate 7 to 10 days after conception. After 19 weeks you can certainly rely on the test results.

More information: More information is needed as to what you're referring to as, "would be negative."  your partner could be positive for herpes, but not be shedding virus when you had intercourse, therefore you would be negative. Some stds are more contagious than others. Maybe consider rephrasing your question with the specific std(s) you're concerned about?  Definitely one person can be positive and the other neg.
