Sort of.: Since aspirated cysts usually reaccumulate, this is a better maneuver for diagnosis than for cure.

Cysts in the: small intestine are uncommon.  Enteric duplication cysts, which are congenital anomalies, can occur anywhere along the GI tract. Usually these are asymptomatic, incidental findings on imaging studies and require no treatment. If they cause problems due to obstruction they can be surgically removed.

Possibly: Intermittent obstruction of the bowel by an adhesion, internal hernia, or intussusception. Figuring this out can be hard and there is no guarantee the cause will ever be found. You have to decide whether this is an issue worth pursuing. If so, a ct scan when you are having the pain may be useful.

Probably MRI: For imaging of the uterus tubes and ovaries ultrasound is generally the method of choice.  If for some reason another look at the pelvic organs is needed MRI is usually the next step. Ct tends to better look at the intestines.  Your doctor may want to speak to a radiology doctor about which would be best for your situation.  Good luck.

See long answer: Small cysts of the kidney are usually simple cysts which are a benign occurrence without clinical symptoms. They increase with age, and 50% of people age 50 have them. Check with your dr. To see if they were simple in appearance.

Not related: Ovarian cysts can be normal by the way. Ask your doctor what they think.  But hunger, and bowel changes are something to do with your bowels.  You might need to see a GI specialist.   Left lower quadrant pain can also be from your ovarian cyst or from your bowel.  Need your doctor to help you decide how to tackle this complex of symptoms.

why do people with cystic fibrosis release enzymes to their small intestine?

Deficient enzymes: Pancreas in everyone makes enzymes that body uses to break down food. In person with CF, pancreatic ducts get blocked. This makes it harder for these enzymes to enter the small intestines. Decreased pancreatic secretions limit  breakdown of fats, which cannot be absorbed by the small intestine because they are too large. Small intestine  unable to neutralize acidic contents delivered from stomach.

i have haemorrhoids and a few weeks ago had to strain to pass stools. nearly passed out. now my right side feels warm in the middle to lower abdomen area, but its not painful. does this sound like an ovarian cyst or some bowel problem?

Constipation: Is definitely part of the problem, as hemorrhoids and having to strain are symptoms and complications of constipation. An exam with detailed history will be needed in order to better delineate actual origin of described symptoms. Best to tackle your symptoms will be your PCP, who can decide about further tests or referral to a specialist.
