Frontal sinusitis?: Common headache/migraine etc..Can cause pain in front/forehead area, but a frontal sinus infection is a frequent cause of this. If pressing on the front/forehead area intensify the pain, then it is likely sinusitis. Also having some nasal congestion? Mild fever? Otc motrin/tylenol for pain. Consult doc for an evaluation. No: These sudden sharp fleeting pains have been termed "ice pick headaches", and are most likely variants of migraine, and only rarely if always in same spot, consistent with neuralgia.  Annoying problem, but usually quite benign.

Head pain: that comes and goes needs to be evaluated by your doctor.  It MAY be from several things such as migraine headache, tension, or something more.  Your anxiety is an additional factor. Uncertain: It may be sinus issue.  It could  be a muscle issue of muscles  around your  neck. You can check this with your physicians

Occipital bursitis: this is likely from where a tndon in your neck attaches to to base of your skull. many doc recommend nsaids or cortisone injection to fix this issue. sometimes sleep postion or repetitive motions exaserbate this problem. seeing a doc to rule out ear infection and mastoiditis would be a good idea, however, your symptoms are not consistent with this. heat pack might help as well

Tension Type: The headaches are usually bilateral and diffuse and often have tenderness in the cervical muscles and other muscles pain as well as the pericranial muscles. The management of episodic and chronic TTH consists of psychological support, physical therapy and pharmacotherapies. Hope it helps

Pinched nerve?: Could be many things, but short bursts of radiating pain including the neck and arm (shoulder) can indicate a pinched nerve. If the problem persists for 2 weeks or more see your doctor.
