Muscle strain: apply moist heat to the affected side,  maybe tension &amp; stress.  give it a few days, relax, if not improving see your dentist

Jaw ache: need better history but it may be TMJ pain. Cardiac pain is exercise induced pain, you get it when you are exerting yourself, like walking up the stairs or a hill. Rest angina is rare. See your PCP and give a much more thorough history!

Neurologic or TMJ: May be neurologic. See your GP, Urgent care, or ER immediately, especially if you have any other muscle impairment, slurred speech, difficulty swallowing/talking. If neurologic cause ruled out see your Dentist for evaluation and treatment or referral. some symptoms may be due to oral infection and/or TMJ.

Possible TMJ Problem: Unless you have a history of trauma to the face or jaws a break in the bones is highly unlikely. A dislocation of the disc or meniscus of the joint can be possible. Your symptoms suggest a possible TMJ disorder. An evaluation with your dentist would be recommended as the starting point to treat your problem.

Bite issue: Could be a sign of disharmony of your bite...You should be evaluated by a Dentist that treats TMJ Dysfunction, a simple night guard will not alleviate your issue.
