i just read that protonix (pantoprazole) may increase qtc.  is taking a probiotic safe with long qt?  could a probiotic replace protonix (pantoprazole)? foods to avoid w/ long qt?

QT 474?: QT is borderline Nl and may not have been adjusted for heart rate and may have been calculated by machine. (Notorious for overcalling QT prolongation.) Unless you have been diagnosed with prolonged QT syndrome or have other members of family with QT prolongation I would not worry. Long term protonix (pantoprazole) use has rarely been associated with low magnesium which may prolong QT.

: You ingest germs daily from random contact with fingers/foods &amp; the environment. Your intestines is filled with such germs that live off digestive debris. Pre-biotics are a gimmick, it means food germs like  but they don't need extra. Probiotics are just "seed" forms of germs that behave nice in your gut. They may or may not crowd out bad germs. Some think they help, I'm skeptical they do anything

does bupropion xl 150mg have any interaction with iron, multivitamin, coconut oil pills and probiotics? 
i feel a little dizzy after taking the bupropion. is that normal?

Wellbutrin XL:  Dizziness can occur in up to 22.3% of people taking Wellbutrin.  REF:  https://www.drugs.com/sfx/bupropion-side-effects.html The first thing to ask is: are you taking in caffeine?  Avoid or reduce Caffeine intake if you use Wellbutrin. This may help relieve dizziness and it may go away on it's own. I don't know of a contraindication with those substances.

i take lexapro, mirapex, birth control pill, vitamin d3 and b12 daily. 
am i ok to take a daily probiotic without any negative interactions?

Okay but useless: You may take a probiotic but do not expect it to make any difference other than the money you will lose.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
