Unsure due to: Too little information. There are a vast amount of structures that can cause pain in the abdomen. Along with chills, there may be something very wrong and you should go to the er. You could have anything from a virus causing some issues to a rupture of a structure in your abdomen, no way to know over the computer, need to see er doc as soon as possible. : Although it's not common in adults, such intense pain in the middle of the upper abdomen may be caused by spasm of the pyloric sphincter( pylorospasm) in the outlet of the stomach. Irritable bowel syndrome usually causes lower abdominal cramps.&amp; urgent loose bowel movements after eating. Consult a gastroenterologist for an opinion. Taking an antispasmodic like dicyclomine before breakfast may help

If you're otherwise healthy, you'll likely recover without complications.

You are right.: It could very well be a kidney stone. Please seek medical attention, keep yourself hydrated well, strain all urine with a paper funnel for stone pieces for analysis. Take stiff paper and tape it to make a funnel, if you can. The stone can help the doctor decide how to prevent future ones. You will need pain meds if it is kidney stones. They are very painful.
