Some clinical studies indicate that tryptophan deficiency may worsen ocd, since the Amino Acid tryptophan is a precursor to serotonin. B12 & omega-3's may be low also.

Juice diet. : it depends what you mean by small meals in between. I would suggest staying the course with the juice diet with small bits of intermittent additions throughout the day. Perhaps a small piece of dark chocolate. A small piece of fruit. But overall no meals during your program
