Herpes: Girlfriend needs to see a doctor. This could be any type of skin disorder or cyst but if recurrent it could be herpes which is very common, painful and contagious. Your doctor can look at it and give the right treatment. Sometimes a soothing bath in epsom salt helps.

i had oral sex yesterday and it got intense that when i came home my clit was swollen and protruding out of my vaginal lips. i tried icepack but it didnt work. clit is swollen and bruised causing redness and pain. please tell remedy for this?

: If you leave it alone it should assume its normal size in a few days. Moist heat can improve blood flow and speed recovery but may increase any discomfort.

Cheek, lip biting: Biting the inside of the cheek and lip can become a serious issue. Seek a professional right away. Once healed it can re-traumatized again. It takes about 2 weeks to heal unless re-bitten. When the injury occurs get some melting crushed ice in your mouth. Run ice under warm water before you put it in your mouth. If you don't the ice may freeze to your mouth.

Trouble breathing?: It sounds like you are having an allergic reaction to something you ate or were exposed to. If you are having trouble breathing go immediately to the ED. If not try taking an antihistamine like loratadine or benadryl (diphenhydramine) and using some cool compresses on your lips. Try to evaluate what you ate and were exposed to that could have caused this reaction.

Swollen lips: It's impossible to make an accurate diagnosis with additional information, medical history, and thorough clinical exam.
It could, be something as simple as a viral infection, or something more serious and related to a medical condition.

Must rule out cancer: Must rule out squamous cell carcinoma!  are you in the sunshine state or like to stay out in the sun?  Usually all lesions on the lip should heal within 5 days or at most 1 week.  If the lesion stays longer, please consult your dentist/pathologist!  its (squamous cell carcinoma) occurrence is rare and probably unlikely, but that is the number one lesion that i must rule out in all my patient.
