Localized allergy: Is one possibility. As long as it doesn't become systemic leading to anaphylaxis it isn't a severe risk but if it does include cardiovascular or breathing difficulties it can become a life threatening systemic allergic reaction. If what you ate was particularly acidic it may just be an irritated region in your mouth. Beware of any reaction other than local irritation.

Back of mouth issue: Cheek swelling and mouth pain needs to be explained. This likely involves infection or inflammation in teeth toward the back of mouth, the cheek tissue itself (cellulitis), the gums (gingivitis), or a tooth abscess, among other possibilities. Different technique: Consider a different technique.  Practice on a dildo or cucumber, etc and see if you can find a technique that does not cause the problems you're encountering.  If the problems still persist, consider shortening the amount of time you perform fellatio and add manual stimulation during the session.

Erosion/ulcer?: Would recommend having this assessed by a doctor asap. It is never normal to have raw skin anywhere on the penis. The bleeding described results from friction/trauma. Cancers on the penis can occur and behave similarily so please have this checked and appropriately treated.
