what do i use to disinfect my concrete floors home and household surfaces  to kill scabies i know how to treat myself and my bedding and my clothes i just dont know how to kill this scabies off  hard surfaces in concrete floors and walls?

scabies.  we have all applied perm. when do i wash bedding/clothes? before or after i apply the cream? after i wake up and before i wash it off?

Immediately...: Wash all your clothes and bedding immediately. Try to apply the cream during a period where you don't come in contact with your bedding while the medication starts working. If by next week after treatment you are still having symptoms then you will have to wash everything on hot water all over again. Wash your clothes after removing the cream.

i got scabies and i put on the elamite on washed all bedding and clothes and sprayed down bed and furniture so why is it that i still itch really bad?

Itch lasts: Even though you have treated yourself and the environment, your body still has to get rid of the dead mites that are left under your skin after treatment. This can take weeks to months to settle down the inflammatory reaction that takes place under the skin when you are infected with scabies. Try an oral antihistamine for the itching and oatmeal baths.

there is something in scalp that fly and biting my entire body..day and night..my skin is discolored from the bites..you can't see them until the are on your clothes, bedding and furniture..it's very tiny and a off white color..is this scabies?

: If you truly have scabies { particular itching and rash }, you should be treated along with all of your current contacts in your home as well as washing thoroughly all your bedding and clothing .This would include your couch and other areas of exposure in your home. Also, the topical  treatment should be applied head to toes for 24 hrs to be of the most benefit.  Those exposed treated at same time
