See an ENT doc: This could be meniere's disease.  There are 4 symptoms that characterize this: intermittent verigo associated with pressure in the ear, ringing in the ear, and hearing loss.  The  episodes last less than 24 hours and are recurrent.  You should see an ENT doc to accurately diagnose your condition.

ENT evaluation: diagnosis and trestment. I suggest trying Advil or Aleve for pI suggest using a 12 hr. nasal decongestant nal spray for 2-3 days only, followed by nasal saline rinse/spray. Wait 10 minutes and use OTC Flonase: 2 sprays/noswtril once daily.

ear fullness not related to inner ear disorder, ears are popped easily, doing allergy shots and taking zyrtec (cetirizine) ear pressures coming up normal. advice?

Congestion: Despite your treatment i think you are still congested in the area of the eustacian tubes.  You might get better relief if you used an intranasal steroid or an antihistamine which also contains a decongestant.  I would speak to your allergist.

would a cold bring out brain or ear nerve tumor symptoms? or be a symptom? or did my cold cause bad inner ear infection w dizziness and ear pressure

Latter: A cold is much more likely to precipitate a middle ear infection rather than reveal a tumor.

Possible/less likely: Allergies can cause these symptoms that you mentioned.  But it could be chronic sinusitis.  In that case, antibiotics or sometimes surgery can help.  You should see an ear, nose, throat doctors first, and later also do an allergy testing to rule out allergies.

Ear Pressure: Pressure in the middle ear is ideally equal to environmental pressure. It is corrected by the eustachian tube, which connects from the middle ear to the back of nose. The popping that occurs when one goes in an airplane is the eustachian tube opening to equalize ear pressure. When pressures differ, the ear drum can be sucked in or bulge out. With this fluid can accumulate causing an otitis media.

Eustachian tube: dysfunction.  The tube from the ear to the nose that allows air to pass to equalize pressure can be dysfunctional despite normal hearing tests.  This condition may improve with antihistamines and/or nasal steroids.  In the extreme case, placing a tube in the ear can be helpful.

i grind hard all night. have any suggestions to balance out the ear pressure and unblock my ear?

Get a teeth guard.: Try something like Allegra (fexofenadine) d 12 hour and also get a teeth guard to wear at night.

i just had septoplasty 3 days ago.  i am experiencing a lot of facial & ear pressure.  is this normal?

Congestion: It is normal to feel congested after septoplasty because of swelling with in the nasal tissues. Check with your surgeon about remedies you can use for this. Sometimes saline rinses or decongestants can be helpful.
