Ear fullness not related to inner ear disorder, ears are popped easily, doing allergy shots and taking zyrtec (cetirizine) ear pressures coming up normal. advice?

Congestion: Despite your treatment i think you are still congested in the area of the eustacian tubes. You might get better relief if you used an intranasal steroid or an antihistamine which also contains a decongestant. I would speak to your allergist.
