how do i stop inner ear or ear drum muscle spasms? my right ear is the worst, i can't lay on my left side without right ear making a fluttering noise

Try OTC Nasal: Spray (eg: Afrin)
Open the small tubes connecting the ear with the inner nose and equalize pressure!
If this does not help see an ENT (Ear Nose Throat) 
specialist!

Tmj : Tmj can do it all, even make you a little dizzy. If you have true vertigo- feeling of spinning or motion with stereotypic head motions then vertigo is more likely.

No: Could be early infection, wax build up, foreign body in the ear canal(including a bug) or bubbles going through fluid in the inner ear.
Outside chance of it being a nerve dysfunction of the acoustic nerve.

Ear Pain: This could be as simple as having too much wax in your ear canal to tinnitus and possible infection.  There is even a dangerous cancer that can develop in one's ear canal. You need to be examined sooner rather than later.

2. Muscle spasms in the upper neck, ear, and eyes could be the description of a condition known as muscle dystonia.  In the eyes this is known as blepharospasms.
3. Not sure what you mean when you include the ear but muscle spasms in eyelid can involve other muscles lower down too.

: I would consider the eye spasms a health condition. You need to be seen by a Dr who will listen to you, examine you and then do tests based on your history and physical findings. This should lead to finding out the cause. The cause dictates the treatment.   Keep us posted.

Neck spasm: What medicines did you take for the muscle spasm? The only medication I see listed that has some application for muscle spasm is Lorazepam but what was your diagnosis? the tinnitus is likely related to otosclerosis. You have many more "conditions" than just otosclerosis based on the meds you've listed. have you seen a neurologist? why are you on antibiotics? cervical vs. pharyngeal ms. spasm?

Try Alternatives: Consider Acupuncture. It is very effective for pain problems in the neck and back.  For the Muscle spasm you could try therapeutic massage.  Since you have had the spasm for 2 years you may have developed a mal-alignment problem.  You might also consider a type of chiropractic care called "Network Chiropractic".  It is gentle and very effective for possible mal-alignment situations.
