two days ago,i woke up and the inner corner of my right eye is redder than the left,slightly swollen and is sometimes itchy.i can feel a bump on it.

Ophthalmologist: This may be the result of a blockage in a gland duct of the eyelid.. It's best to have an ophthalmologist evaluate and treat you. In the meantime apply warm soaks until you're examined.

Eye Symptoms: you either have severe allergies or some type of infection.  It is unlikely for it to be allergic as it is only one eye.  You need to be evaluated by your doctor.

Possibly sty: You may have a sty or blocked oil gland of the eyelash (gland of zeiss) that is secondarily inflamed or infected. Try mod. Hot compresses 2-4 times/day for about 10' followed by gentle massage with diluted baby shampoo on a clean washcloth. This should help it resolve in about 7-10 days. If not and persistent or worsening, then an exam is needed to verify the lid lesion.

Allergy or dry: I would first try over the counter artificial tears four times a day--if you get relief, continue the tears.  If not you might try an over the counter allergy drop like zaditor (ketotifen) twice a day.

Allergic reaction: This is likely an allergic reaction.  I suggest taking benedryl 25 mg every four hours until it resolves.  If you have started any medications recently, stop them and call your doctor.

Swelling: Although you are not itching swelling like your describe is typically from a topical irritant. Pollen or dust exposure classic. Internal problems can cause swelling, but more common to be the face or tongue to swell. Although nephrotic kidney conditions can commonly cause eye swelling. Thyroid problems too.

Conjunctivitis: You could have an eye infection or inflammation.  This could be caused by either an allergic reaction or a bacterial infection.  See your dr. For an eval.
