i just noticed that my eyelids are yellow and the inner corner of my eye and below my lower lash line , and i've been more tired then usual?

Check up: If you are tired and your eyes are becoming yellowish, this could be an early sign of liver disease.  You should have a checkup with your general physician.

the inner sclera of my eye has a yellow/orange tint to it. however, its only visible when i pull back my eyelids to examine it. if im looking directly at myself in the mirror, my sclera looks white. should i be concerned about this?

: Since the entire sclera isn't yellow you don't have jaundice which is a serious health issue. You may have an early pterygium which is caused by wind &amp; sun exposure. A physician or ophthalmologist can examine &amp; advise you

Cyst?: It could be a cyst.  Are there any other symptoms or signs?  If it is a cyst, the are benigh and sometimes go away on their own.  But they can be easily removed in the office too.

in addition to the above, the red mass on my inner (right) eyelid has started to secrete a light yellow liquid. this happened for the first time this morning. there is also a dull pain behind my right eye.

Ophthalmologist: Consult an ophthalmologist for diagnosis and treatment. This is most likely a chalazion which has become infected and may require treatment with antibiotic drops and/ or oral medications. In the meantime applying  warm compresses are important.

Possible pinguecula: There are a number of reasons why one side of the eye can look yellow but the most common is a benign growth called a pinguecula.  These are more common on the nose side of the eye but can occur on either side.  They are said to come from excessive UV-light exposure.  Definitive answer requires eye exam.

Probably: dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them, but it sounds like most likely a cholesterol deposit implying sky high blood levels of cholesterol requiring treatment. Can be infection, but less likely

Jaundice: Yellow discoloration would be in the entire sclera - that is the white part of the eye. The discoloration would be diffuse even at the start, it may develop gradually or rapidly depending on the severity of the liver injury.
