Likely virus: Many mouth sores stem from viral infections, trauma such as biting your cheeks, or excess citric fruits like too many oranges, grapefruits, lemons, limes (&gt;6/day).  Nothing will make it get better faster, but warm salt water gargles (1 tsp salt in 8 oz warm tap water) sometimes will make it feel better.  Oral analgesics such as for babies can be used sparingly. You can get sexually transmitted diseases through oral sex and it would be prudent to see a doctor. If you do not have one, go the the city of county health department for an evaluation.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD.

: Can you eliminate trauma from inadvertent bite by a nearby tooth?  If not traumatic, it's probably a solitary canker sore. A dentist or oral surgeon could examine &amp; advise you. Your pharmacist can recommend a nonprescription paste to try first. Avoid acidic &amp; hot spicy foods.

Inner cheek pain: If the wisdom tooth is a recent extraction, i would go back to the dentist who extracted the tooth. If it's directly in the middle of the inner cheek and gets worse with food in your mouth it could be a blocked salivary gland. I would go to an oral surgeon for evaluation.

Your dentist can hel: Your dentist may be able to help, it is not uncommon to have cancur sores, they usually go away in one week. So if this knot does not settle down in 7-10 days or gets bigger or or  more painful, then you should seek help from the dentist who pulled your wisdom tooth.

Throat: The dental nerve also called your trigeminal nerve can refer pain to that area. Could also be from teeth trauma to that area. Suggest you see your dentist.

Oral lesions self-heal in 2 weeks, so if still present 14 days from onset, see specialist Oral Surgeon or specialist  Oral pathologist. Forget the Peroxide, may actually inhibit healing. Take 1 Ibuprofen every 4 hour w food or liquid for pain. If not enough, add 1 Tylenol to the Ibuprofen.  EAT.
