Allergy or virus: It's certainly possible you had an allergic reaction to what you inhaled however of you remove the cause of the cough (the cleaner) - it should resolve . Also, keep in mind that this could be incidental and you could have a virus as well.

the past day and a half ive been cleaning someones house and have used clorox all round bleach cleaner. i have inhaled the fumes quite a few times. three hours later i got super dizzy and feel like puking. should i be concerned?

: To avoid the irritants from the cleaning material- wear a good fitting mask, use the cleaner in proper amount, have the exhaust fan on in bathrooms when working there and leave connecting doors open. If still bothered try switching to another cleaner.

What kind of fumes?: Depending on what type of fumes? Chemical? Environmental? Symptoms such as headaches, dry mouth, dizziness, sweating, etc. May be a cause of concern. If you have the bottle or the source of the fumes near by, please contact your local poison control center for further advice.
