Yes you can: You took 60 mg Pseudoephedrine 5 hours ago, you can take nyquil for once today. Do not mix up too many medications , stay with one and take as directed. Watch for side effects

Take it at 11 PM: There is risk of high serotonin level.It can cause elevation of Blood Pressur&amp; increased heart rate&amp;lead to shock.Having said that the half life of Phenylephrine is2.5to3hours&amp;Dextromethorph2-4hoursIt has been 9 and half hous ago you took Dayquil.So most of it has been eliminated ie half in 3 hours and 3/4 in 6 hours and 7/8 in 9 hours.So 1/8 th in your blood.It will be safe to take Lexapro at 11P

Not physically: Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant in dayquil that can affect seratonin and nmda receptors. According to the world health organization, dextromethorphan can be psychologically addictive, but is not physically addictive. Given the medications you are on, there is likely an interaction that should be discussed with your treating physician.

Decongestant phenylephrine has replaced pseudoephedrine, which was sometimes abused or used to make other abusable drugs. Nothing in dayquil to worry about now.

Yes: Pamprin is naproxen,  an anti-inflammatory med for pain, better to be taken with food. Dayquill is used for decongestant, some have mucolytic or Acetaminophen in it. Pls follow instructions as directed, see your dr if symptoms don't improve in the next couple of days. Decongestants not advised to be used for long periods of time due rebound congestion.
