Thick creams like eucerin or cetaphil are better than lotions, and even using heavy ointments like petrolatum or aquaphor at bedtime is often advised.  Your doctor can prescribe other drugs (like steroids) if needed.

Washing:  Generally unless dirty, one would need to clean feet, groin/rectal area, under arms, face / head &amp; hands. Some people might need to use body wash or soap on additional areas.

Depends what product: you are using. Have the smell or discharge examined by a GYN and stop self medicating with a vaginal wash. Soap and water are fine with an occasional bicarbonate (sodium bicarbonate) douche.- Get examined for infection.
