: Inflammation is a normal process that the body uses to resolve infection and regenerate tissues. What I suspect you are referring to is the chronic low grade inflammation associated with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and obesity. There are many biomarkers that must be evaluated in addition to hsCRP to give a clear picture of metabolic health. I would discuss this more with your local doctor.

Within normal limits: The normal value (westergren method) for women under the age of 50 is less than 20 mm/hr.

Yes .....: When we suspect inflammation we common check two tests: ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate) or CRP (C-reactive protein). They are quite sensitive and are often elevated in infection or systemic inflammation. But the problem is they are not specific: they don't tell you where the inflammation is or what condition is causing it. In reality, they have limited utility. Stay well:)

FM: If you mean ESR =45 this may be "normal" for you.  Low  vit d is linked to many things recently but not to fm.

Generally not good: Elevated ESR indicates inflammation and that is almost always and indication of some disease, usually an infection.  It can be elevated in normal pregnancy.

Not usually: Blod tests for inflammation are very non specific.  The easiest way to diagnose bursitis is to image the affected joint with an MRI - non contrast.

Depends: It depends on how much of the colon is involved. If there is an isolated diverticulum that is inflamed, it may not affect serum markers of inflammation. If the whole sigmoid colon is affected it would certainly increase inflammation markers. Not all markers are affected equally. The commonly used markers are Sed rate, C-reactive protein, pro-calcitonin and serum protein electrophoresis.

No.: Fm is a non inflammatory disease. Inflammatory markers indicate that something else is going on.  This test does not mean that you do not have fm.

No but: Inflammatory bowel diseases may be associated with elevation in CRP or ESR- both markers of inflammation. However these measurements are not specific to the bowel.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it is not clear what is 62%. It may have helped to have all the results, however, it would be better to talk to your doctor who knows more about your health.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
