No: Inflammation has been implicated as a contributor to depression. However it is on a cellular level and does not function in this way. Therefore heat will not increase depression.

Some recent thinking: suggests that brain inflammation might be the hidden culprit behind a lot of brain problems, including depression.   How this works is not clear, but the corollary to this is that SSRI's actually work to relieve depression by reducing inflammation in the brain, again, this is not clearly understood, if true.

Inflammation: The inflammation hypothesis of depression is just that -- a very plausible, but not completely proven hypothesis. Early stages of inflammation may not show up on an MRI because physical structures like myelin and nerve cells have not been damaged to the point it can be seen anatomically. Change in functional status of these cells and their components precedes anatomical change or damage.

Haven't heard of it: Haven't heard of st. John's wort causing liver inflammation. The wort does increase activity of some liver enzymes, thus leading to faster breakdown of other medications (the enzymes in the liver break down the other medications more rapidly, if the person is taking st. John's wort). So, medicines like xanax, (alprazolam) elavil, oral contraceptives, statins for cholesterol, etc... May become less potent.

Fibromyalgia: I am very sorry to hear of your troubles. You did not include a question with your statement, however. But, it sure sounds like you have chronic fibromyalgia. I would send you to a clinic that specializes in this common problem.

Doubtful: Vegetable gum is used in many products as thickeners and binders. Even if you ingest it, I am not aware of any proof on the conditions mentioned  being associated with. Since nearly no one swallows the toothpaste, it should not a problem even if it does all these things.

when i take panadol (acetaminophen) , my depression symptoms disappear & feel so good but i get my nose allergy and inflammed ,  what does that mean ?

Unclear but: I will venture a guess that Panadol makes you feel good but then your nasal symptoms worsen. There are very unusual effects from the drug but if you feel good with Panadol , just beware of the fact that high doses can damage your liver. I have no explanation as to why Panadol worsens your nose although Penadol sensitivity, albeit extremely rare, has been reported.
