i have meatitis on the tip of my penis at the urethral opening and the right side of the head is quite inflamed. will it heal with vaseline only? or should i use hydrocortisone on it? and it a steroid safe at my urethral opening..?

: I have no reason to believe that working out would aggravate an inflamed urethra. It does not participate actively in a workout. If anything. the improved general blood flow from a workout could speed healing.

This  is a  benign fleshy outgrowth found at the urethral meatus. It is the most common lesion of the female urethra but rare  in males   If growth persists surgical removal sometimes necessary. Other benign lesions may arise from an infectious process.

"Urethral syndrome" is the name often given to infection with UTI bacteria, but too few to count as abnormal on urine culture. Gonorrhea and chlamydia also can do it, if at risk for STDs.
