No, but : You need to see your doctor , or any doctor, and you need to take medicications. Inflammation of the nostrils can be due to a viral disease, Crohn's is an auto immune disease, which affects your immune system and you can be prone to infection, so you need to see your primary doctor now, and follow up with gastroenterologist later, good luck

Dry Nasal Passages: Try leaning over a steaming bowl of water with a towel covering your head &amp; the bowl &amp; breath the steam in - that can hydrate the passages. As long as any discharge is clear you are OK. Also, NaSal or a sinus wash may be useful (most pharmacies carry both) or running a humidifier will help. Heating season drys out the sinuses &amp; leads to congestion. If discolored discharge or fever see MD.

for a little over a week my nose has been stuffed up, and whenever i blow my nose to clear it up, it's a mixture of blood and mucus. this is only happening in one nostril. is this a nasal inflammation or something else?

Nasal drainage: A runny nose is common with any cold. However, if there is bleeding, your nose is likely dry and you may be blowing your nose too forcefully. You are better off using a saline rinse when you feel like blowing your nose and applying a saline based gel to humidify the nose. If the symptoms persist, I recommend you see a physician.

Nose hit + cold: Swelling is typical after nasal trauma, with or without a fracture. Apply cool compress for the next 24 hours to help reduce swelling. 
If you are having difficulty breathing, above and beyond what you were experiencing with the cold, please see your local ENT specialist.

Tricky: dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. but multiple spots of infection will usually need an antibiotic to clear them up (this can be just an antibiotic creme).

See your doctor: See your doctor immediately while the rash is still there. Once it fades the diagnosis may be much more difficult. Could easily be an std.

Muscle spasm: Sounds like spasm of the trapezius spasm.  Heat and otc nsaisds may help.  Your pcp could put you on a muscle relaxer like Baclofen or zanaflex (tizanidine).

See ENT: See ENT and check for inner ear issues. A neurology consult may also be considered given your headaches as well as dizziness.    High-dose aspirin can cause dizziness. Why would you think that this is an autoimmune disease?

having trouble with, pain between the scul and skin, at the front and side front side of my head. is is mostly on the left. 
i am currently using panamor 100mg as needed (used to treat inflammation).
is there treatment available to cure inflammation ?
