Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Good hygiene is best: In our world, we are exposed to germs all the time -whether we're actually aware of that or not is a different story. 'Dirty' utensils are one of those things that u hope you don't find out 'after the fact' that u may have been using - but hopefully you're relatively healthy &amp; your immune system 'already' took care of it. In very rare cases 'yes', u could be exposed to something, but I think ur OK
