Not many: The lingual frenum is a small band anchoring your tongue to the floor of your mouth.  Rarely will it get infected i would bet it is the 2 salivary glands on either side of your frenum.  See your dentist.

Swelling: Sublingual swelling can be very dangerous and could cause a life threatening situation if it expands and pushes back on your tongue, blocking off your airway. The surgeon who is treating you should be made aware of your situation.

Tooth infections: Yes, tooth infections can spread to surrounding (and even distant) locations causing serious complications. As a matter of fact, people have died from untreated tooth infections. I personally know of such cases! see a dentist asap for diagnosis and treatment. It is nothing to take lightly.

: Vaginal yeast infection should not cause cuts and swelling.  Usually just itching and irritation  50% of self diagnosed vaginal yeast infection is wrong. Check in with Gynecologist get better Dx, Rx.

Post op care: While what you describe does not sound unusual, you need to see your dentist to follow your healing, make you more comfortable and adjust\ensure that you can get your partials in and out easily enough to keep your teeth and gums clean. That will lead to quicker healing. All this is part of the responsibility of your dentist.
