Breastfeeding?: It sounds as if you are breastfeeding? If so a clogged duct can present as a tender red area of the breast.  The itchiness also concerns me for a yeast infection, especially if the nipple is involved. Try a warm compress on any red area tonight, be sure the baby is draining the area by compressing the milk ducts in that area.  See your physician if this is not better in 24 hours, may need yeast rx

Not yet: Perhaps the force of the water drops irritated your eyes.

Accepted Answer

No: Fluconazole (diflucan) is a commonly prescribed oral medication for yeast.  The pdr does not mention decreased milk supply as a side effect of fluconazole.

i have been having unusual discharge since december. it is thin and has the same tan color of condensed milk and has a musty smell but not fishy. i am worried that it could be an infection. i also get pink discharge mixed in. what could it be?

Bacterial vaginosis: if the discharge is unusual for you, and has musty odor associated with a tanish  discharge it most likely represents a bacterial vaginal infection. The best advice at this point would be to see your gynecologist who would accurately assess the discharge with a culture and treat it appropriately

my husband has had 2 recent episodes of bleeding from the tear duct.  each time, the bleeding stopped with pressure. no s/s of infection . no trauma.

Accepted Answer

Nasolacrimal duct: Bleeding can come from an infection/condition in the duct that goes from your eye to the nose. Best treated by an eye specialist who will determine cause, wash out the duct. Otherwise the duct can close permanently and  get constant tearing.

i noticed when i milk my penis, a discharge apears once in the morning,  my wife has had a yeast infection,  could this be it?

Probably not...: Somehow, fungus has never been reported to cause urethritis. Hence, clear urethral discharge suggests either chlamydia infection or residual liquefied semen after ejaculation. If no symptoms, test urine to assure no chlamydia infection before taking antibiotics; if symptomatic, may be treated empirically and see or tested. Otherwise, leave it alone, wait, and see.

i was just diagnosed with mycoplasma infection & wanted to know since i am breastfeeding if it can transfer through milk and to baby? is it possible??

Infection breastfeeding: Not through your breast milk but discuss your infection with your baby's doctor to be sure transmission can not occur.

Several: The most concerning ones that come to mind of concern are tuberculosis and cytomegalovirus. However each is dependent on you having these illnesses.
