Heart Attack: It depends on what you mean by "attack"; yes any number of cardiac events can be preceded by the examples of BP quoted ;the difference between the the 2 quoted numbers is insignificant clinically

i'm a male, 47 years old, on losartan and carvedilol after a heart attack in 2016. often i notice that my blood pressure dips into the range of 90/59  -  105/70.  i have no symptoms of hypotension (dizziness, etc). are these low numbers dangerous?

Compare to baseline: These blood pressure numbers without symptoms of hypotension are ok if your baseline numbers (before treatment) were not too far off

my husband's blood pressure is very high 166/105 for the last 3 days. he took enalapril maleate to lower the numbers and woke up with severe left neck pain. his blood pressure is still very high. is the neck pain sign of heart attack?

: Neck pain or more specifically jaw pain may be a symptom of a heart attack .  With that BP he should be seen and evaluated in an ER to night.

Childhood heart atta: Just as more children with congenital heart defects are living into adulthood , more and more and younger and younger children are developing coronary artery disease - the kind that stems from Insulin resistance, obesity, inflammation, inactivity, and a whole host of poor lifestyle factors!     I couldn't find the exact number for you.  Just know that it shouldn't be happening, and it is.

Kinda sorta but no: I used http://tools.acc.org/ASCVD-Risk-Estimator/ to calculate risk. There's calculated 10yr risk &amp; optimized 10yr risk. Latter based upon following: "Total cholesterol of 170 mg/dL, HDL-cholesterol of 50 mg/dL, Systolic BP of 110 mm Hg, Not taking medications for hypertension, Not a diabetic, Not a smoker" So if you can achieve better numbers than these, yes, you improve but zero risk? No.

227 cholesterol 225 triglycerides 57 hdl not sure if cholesterol number is total or bad ldl. how much risk am i at for a heart attack?

Not immediately: Your cholesterol value is likely total cholesterol and is higher than desirable. Your triglycerides are also higher than desirable level. It would be prudent to see a doctor for advise on diet, exercise and if need be medications. If you are even slightly overweight, lose weight (easier said than done). 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Reopen coronary: The only way to stop a heart attack is by reopening the affected coronary. The coronary can be reopened by a percutaneous coronary intervention, thrombolysis or by coronary bypass surgery. For an acute event pci and thrombolysis the quickest life saving procedure.

Possibly.: Drugs have definitely been known to cause heart attacks.  My advice:  get your heart checked and get help in a serious attempt to stop using drugs.

Heart attack : Chest pain, chest pressure, arm pain, shoulder, epigastric or upper back pain. Also shortness of breath, or flu like symptoms. Or just not feeling well.

Accepted Answer

Lexiscan: Lexiscan is a pretty short acting agent and by an hour after administration is pretty much gone. It isn't going to cause a future  heart attack.
