Wrong: Clindamycin is not the usual antibiotic of choice for dental infections.  An antibiotic will not cure a dental infection, only limit the extent of the infection for only as long as you take the antibiotic.  Please see Dentist, Endodontist, or Oral Surgeon to properly treat Dental issues.  See PCP or Gastroenterologist to treat GI issues.  You need to see both NOW.

Ache: Treating underlying BV should help in symptoms. Also be sure to avoid sugars, carbs, and all gluten. Drink 100% cranberry juice diluted with water &amp; stevia to help keep urine acidic to avoid UTIs, as well.  Drink plenty of water. Do you smoke &amp; how much do you weigh? These factors can affect urinary symptoms also.

Psychologic?: It appears that she may be suffering from depression. Has she considered psychologic counselling or psychiatric evaluation?  A neurologic exam may also be considered later after the psychologic assessment if indicated.

Probably hemorrhoids: Blood in the stool in a young person is most commonly due to hemorrhoids. However, it is not impossible for there to be more serious causes to the blood. If this persists or returns, it is recommended that this be checked by a physician for confirmation of the diagnosis.
